know Clare



Founded in 2012 by Clare Robinson, Clear Insights Consulting offers professional coaching services with the benefit of over thirty years senior business experience.

Clare is able to add measurable value to an organisation through working on a one to one basis with clients. Clare is focussed on delivering an outstanding and individual service. Her strong service ethic and ability to support her clients to deliver their objectives is evidenced by numerous positive personal recommendations from people who have personal experience of the way in which Clare’s coaching has transformed their working lives.

Clare's personal coaching style reflects her strong business background. She brings a unique blend of senior business experience gained through private sector roles in finance, operations and change management and as a non-executive director in the NHS.

Her approach is flexible and responsive. She is quick to understand the context in which her client is working and she balances attentive listening with appropriate challenge and perceptive questioning. The pace and content each coaching session is varied according to the priorities and needs of the client and feedback from prior sessions.

Clare Robinson is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, has a degree in Psychology and Pharmacology from the University of Nottingham and is a trained business coach . She is a graduate of the Meyler Campbell Business Coach Programme., and has completed training with Nancy Kline including The Thinking Partnership Course and the Coaching Course. She regularly attends CPD events ensuring that her coaching approach benefits from new developments and techniques in coaching.
